How soon can I get in to a car...

In some cases as soon as you file your bankruptcy we can get you into a vehicle. For the other cases we do need to wait for you to have your meeting of creditors (MEETING 341). Let's us take a look at your credit to let you know how soon we can get you into a vehicle. For those that are in a CHAPTER 13 we will work with you in getting a letter from your trustees. A bank will require a person in a CHAPTER 13 to get permission from the courts to get a vehicle. Since you are on a payment plan on paying off your debt the courts will tell you how much you budget for.
